Vivian U. Preston

Vivian U. Preston (Dilbeck) age 78, of New Lebanon, Ohio went to be with the Lord on Tuesday June 14, 2016 at Kettering Hospital. Born October 14, 1937 in Wartburg, TN she was a daughter to the late Wilmer and Winnie Dilbeck. She retired after over 35 years from New Lebanon Elementary School as the librarian in 2000. Vivian was a member of the Hillcrest Baptist Church in Carlisle, OH. She enjoyed gardening and in her younger years, bowling and horseshoes. She will be truly missed. Survived by her loving husband Leslie "Tom" Preston of 58 years: son Ron & Tori of Nixa, Missouri: daughter Pam & Jeff Luikhart of The Plains, OH: grandchildren Nicholas Preston, and Rebecca Preston of Missouri: step-grandchildren Nick Meyers, Nathan Luikhart, Noah Luikhart and Meghann Luikhart all of Grove City, OH: sister Mayme Yeary of Wartburg, TN: as well as numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. Friends may call on the family from 11 AM- 2PM Saturday, June 18, 2016 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria. Service to follow at 2 PM.
