Pamela K. Bales

Pamela K. Bales (Hardy) age 65 of Lebanon, Ohio passed away suddenly Wednesday morning, May 25, 2016 at the Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. Born November 10, 1950 she was a daughter to the late Walter M. & Olivia "Bobbie" (Trimble) Bales. Pam was an LPN and worked many years at Miami Valley Hospital as well as other health care facilities. She enjoyed embroidery; playing cards, reading books and loved a good joke. She attended Countryside Church of the Nazarene in Lebanon,OH. She loved her family, and will truly be missed. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brother Robert (Marie) Bales. She is survived by her daughters Kimberly (John) Woods of Morrow, OH and Heather (Mike) Klaus of Maineville,OH: grandchildren Lilly & Brady Woods of Morrow; Mikayla Klaus of Maineville: siblings Dick (Sharon) Smith of New Lebanon, OH; Doug (Vicki) Bales of Dallas, TX; Jacque (Harold) Shell of Farmersville, OH; Debbie (Joe) Johnson of Farmersville: as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
