Larry Mason Obituary

Larry James Mason, age 77, passed away December 8, 2021. He was born to the late Leslie and Eileen (Ashley) Mason on August 22, 1944, in Springfield, Ohio. Larry was a proud Veteran of the United States Army and served during the Vietnam War in Germany with the 1st Battalion 33rd Armored Division, Company A. Larry was employed by Mosier Industries where he later retired in 1991 after 12 years of service. Larry is preceded in death by father Leslie Mason; mother Eileen Shad; sister and brothers Patricia Mason, Robert Mason, Paul Mason, Edward Mason, and Galen Mason. 

Larry is survived by his children; Denise (Greg) Lawson of Brookville, Larry Jay (Jennifer) Mason of West Chester; Grandchildren; Keirstin Mason of Cincinnati, Benjamin Lawson of Marion, Kyle Mason of West Chester, Evan Lawson of Brookville, and Alaina Mason of West Chester; sisters and brother Wanda Taylor of Marion, Betty Britain of Dayton, Wayne Mason of Portsmouth; and sister-in-law Darlene Mason of West Alexandria. .

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday December 16, 2021, at Preble Memory Gardens Funeral Center – 3377 US Route 35 East, West Alexandria.
