Glen Bowen,

Age 80, of Eaton, OH, passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2023, in Dayton, OH. He was born in Peoria, IL on June 24, 1943.

Glen was an Avid fisherman, enjoyed hunting, and playing poker with his friends. He loved his family more than anything and will be deeply missed by those who knew him.

Glen is preceded in death by his parents, a son; Mark Kleinberg, a daughter; Vonita Bowen, brother; Gene Bowen; and grandson, Matthew Ditmer.

He is survived by his special friend, Norma Crothers; his children, Ginger Linze, Angela (Jeremy) Laird, Glenda (Will) Henry, Sheila (Scott) Robkin, and John (Valorie) Kleinberg; Norma’s Children, James Crothers, Rhonda (Timothy) Zigler, and Rebecca Crothers; 17 wonderful grandchildren; numerous precious great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; his brother, Wayne (Carol) Bowen; his sister, Kay Richardson; along with numerous nieces, nephews and many wonderful friends, with special mention to Joe Nelson, Frank Wathan, and Habib Mohamed.

A visitation will be held at Preble Memory Gardens Funeral Center on Monday, October 9, 2023, from 11:00AM to 1:00PM. The funeral service will begin at 1:00PM with Pastor Michael Callahan officiating.
