Zora Dolores Linke

Z. Dolores Linke, 91, of Eaton, OH. went to be with Jesus on Friday, January 15, 2021 at Oakley Place in Greenville, OH. She was born January 6, 1930, in Toledo, Ohio to the late Byus H. and Margaret P. (Beavers) Beasley. Dolores graduated from Whitney Vocational High School in Toledo after which she obtained her beautician license in 1947. She married shortly thereafter and had three children. She worked at Sears for many years at Christmastime. She later worked for The Lion Store in Toledo from 1972 until she retired in 1992. She was a Girl Scout Leader for many years and in her last months spoke of it often. She loved baking cookies at Christmas and was a wonderful seamstress. She also loved her many travels, Germany, Alaska and her "bucket list" sail boat ride, to name a few. Once she moved to Eaton she became a very active Grandma cheering on her grandkids in all their many activities. She also became a member of Eaton First Church of God and grew in her love and reliance on Jesus. She made many special friends, including her new neighbors whom she grew to love. Dolores was a loving and giving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and cousin to her family, here in Ohio and many other states. She loved her family. During her life her greatest joy was being there for her children and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister, Louise (Charles) Williams. She is survived by daughters Judith (Bobby) Evans of Bluff Dale, TX; Janis (Larry) Seibel of Lewisburg, OH and son James (Kathy) Linke of Columbus; 6 grandchildren: Jennifer (Jeff) May of Marion, Jeremy Linke of Columbus, Tanya (Corey) Howe of Pelham, NH, David (Jamie) Seibel of Norfolk, VA, Sarah Seibel and fiancé (James Dulhanty) of Indianapolis, IN and Shelly (Christopher) Allen of Moraine, OH; 10 Great-Grandchildren: Ashley and Brooke Price; Caleb and Colton Howe; Reagan and Emerie Seibel; Evalyne, Ezekiel, Aria and Gideon Allen; 1 Great Great Grandson Kaiden Price. She is also survived by her brother, Robert (Lynette) Beasley of Palm Bay, FL; special "son" Charlie and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be held at Eaton First Church of God on Wednesday, January 20 from 4-6pm Funeral services will follow at 6pm. Interment will be at Toledo Memorial Park in Sylvania, OH.
