Vivian M. Willis

Vivian M. Willis, 92, formerly of New Lebanon and West Alexandria, passed away peacefully Wednesday afternoon, May 6, 2015. Born in Fairview, VA, she was a daughter of the late Ivan & Nora (Jennings) Horton. Vivian was a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ in New Lebanon. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband Fred Willis on May 23, 1983: sisters Maud Van Zant, Mildred Green, Otis White and Edith Horton: and brother Elwood Horton. Survived by sons John T. (Ruth) Willis of Franklin, OH; Greg (Robin) Willis of New Richmond, OH; granddaughters Jennifer (Erik) Buckland of Willoughby, OH; Cindy (Steve) Galusha of Arlington, VA; and Stacey (Matt) Welch of Cincinnati, OH: great grandchildren Ava, Gwen and Zachary: sisters Carlene King of Kingsport, TN; Naomi Harris of Kingsport; Edna Hurd of Kingsport: and brother I.E. Horton of Fairview, VA. Friends may call on the family from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Saturday, May 9, 2015 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria.
