Patsy J. Azzalina

Patsy J. Azzalina, age 75, of Eaton, OH, passed away on Monday morning, April 14, 2014. Born June 6, 1938 in Jackson, KY, she was a daughter of the late Murrell & Ershel (Sewell) Campbell. She retired from Baxter in Eaton and later worked in the Activities Department of VanCrest Nursing Center in Eaton. A child of God, she enjoyed reading her Bible and was a member of the Vandalia Christian Tabernacle. Her family meant everything to her and her grandchildren were the apples of her eye. A lover of animals, she rescued a cat she then named Olivia. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband Carl Azzalina on January 22, 2009; and by sister Martha Hobbs. She is survived by children Nicholas Azzalna of Franklin, OH; Terry Azzalina of Eaton; and Mark Campbell & wife Ellen of Miamisburg, OH: grandchildren Tarin, Andrew, Veronica, Erin and Nicholas, II Azzalina: great grandchildren Tyson, Triston, Regan and one on the way whose name is Alina: sisters Linda Gross of Dayton, OH and Betty Thomas of FL. Friends may call on the family from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Friday, April 18, 2014 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens, West Alexandria, OH.
