Jacob B. Swank

Jacob B. Swank, 32, of West Milton, and formerly of Preble County, passed into eternity on Friday, July 14, 2017. Born January 3, 1985, he was a son of Steven M. "Mike" and Karen S. "Sue" (Singleton) Swank. Jacob was a 2003 graduate of National Trail Hign School and had attended Edison State College. He is survived by parents Mike and Sue Swank of Eaton; brothers John (Chrissy) Swank and children Skyler, Addie and Taren all of Eaton, Luke (Jennifer) Swank and son Ethan of Puyallup, WA; aunts and uncles Sandy (Lucky) Mends of Dunedin, FL, Loren Singleton of Lewisburg, Carolyn (Martin) Lugus of Klamath Falls, OR, Kay (Ricky) Baugh of Eubank, KY, Kathy Woxman of New Lebanon, Donna (Alex) Tooman of Sherwood, OR; several cousins; and his four legged companion and beloved dog Gracie. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria, OH.
